Every spring, SIAL China brings together food and beverage players in Shanghai aiming for the Chinese and Asian markets. Next edition from May 18 to 20, 2027, at the SNIEC: a well-designed SIAL China stand becomes your showcase for Asian importers and distributors.
SIAL China, the food gateway to Asia
The Chinese version of the SIAL network, the exhibition covers dairy products, meats, groceries, confectionery, wines and spirits, beverages, frozen foods, and ingredients. Producers, international brands, and national pavilions rub shoulders with importers, wholesalers, buyers from retail, e-commerce, and catering.
The 2026 edition gathered 5,000 exhibitors and over 180,000 visitors. Organized by Comexposium, SIAL China allows a brand to establish itself long-term and sign the first import contracts.
The SNIEC in Pudong
The Shanghai New International Expo Centre is located in Pudong, accessible by metro and close to Pudong Airport. Single-level halls, wide and busy aisles: brand visibility from a distance makes all the difference.
