HIP (Hospitality Innovation Planet) is the Spanish innovation exhibition for the hospitality, catering and foodservice sectors. The next edition has been announced for March 1st to 3rd, 2027, at IFEMA in Madrid (dates to be confirmed).

HIP: innovation at the service of the Horeca channel

Equipment, food and beverage, technology, design and services: HIP covers all the needs of the hospitality and catering industries. A congress, Hospitality 4.0, accompanies the exhibition and addresses management, talent, digitalisation and customer experience.

For its tenth edition in February 2026, the exhibition brought together 1,024 exhibitors presenting more than 5,300 innovations, and 61,917 professionals. It is organised by IFEMA Madrid.

IFEMA in Madrid: a large, well-connected exhibition centre

IFEMA is located in the north-east of Madrid, near Barajas Airport, and is connected to the metro. The exhibition centre has numerous halls and attracts several major trade fairs every year.

Spain belongs to the European Union: transport from our French workshops is by road, without customs formalities. Delivery slots and stand heights must be validated with the organiser.

Foodservice and hospitality stands: how we work

At HIP, visitors compare many offers in a short time. The stand must be easy to read from a distance, offer a presentation or tasting counter and provide a quiet space for business discussions. • Bridor: Bridor stand at Sirha Lyon (file Sirha). A brand geared towards catering and bakery professionals, with a spirit close to that of HIP.

• Cemoi: Cemoi stand at Sirha Lyon. An industrial chocolate maker, with a stand designed for tastings and meetings between buyers and suppliers.

Advice for exhibiting at HIP

• Choose a themed area: HIP's new spaces group together premium drinks, meat, coffee and bakery: position yourself where your buyers are.

• Focus on demonstrations: products, cooking or tastings make the offer concrete.

• Provide materials in Spanish: the majority of visitors are Spanish, and local documentation is reassuring.

• Anticipate logistics: delivery, storage and disposal should be planned with IFEMA.
