IPPE covers the entire animal protein chain: poultry production, breeding, slaughter, processing, equipment, hygiene, and packaging. More than 1,200 exhibitors and 32,000 visitors expected in 2027 — executives, production managers, buyers, and engineers from all over the world.
Organized by USPOULTRY, the AFIA, and the Meat Institute, it is a highly technical trade show focused on productivity, food safety, and animal welfare.
The Georgia World Congress Center: Atlanta, crossroads of the Southeast
Located in downtown Atlanta near Centennial Olympic Park, the GWCC is one of the largest convention centers in the United States. Georgia, a major poultry-producing state, places the trade show at the heart of its industry. Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is among the busiest in the world.
Very large halls: high visibility and clear signage are essential. Venue rules for handling and connections should be anticipated, particularly for heavy equipment.
