FRUIT LOGISTICA takes place at the Messe Berlin exhibition grounds from February 3 to 5, 2027. The trade fair is held annually and covers three areas: fresh produce, machinery and technology, and logistics. Messe Berlin expects more than 2,500 exhibitors from over 90 countries, spread across 26 halls. Three intensive days entirely focused on sourcing.

Berlin is a buyers' trade show: central purchasing agencies, wholesalers, and importers. Fresh produce must be seen, touched, and tasted there, while remaining flawless for three days — hence the careful attention paid to refrigeration, lighting, and storage. Successful stands also tell the story of a supply chain: origin, farming methods, CSR commitment, and traceability. This is what sets a producer apart from a mere supplier in the eyes of a busy buyer.
