ITB Berlin 2027 Booth in Berlin: Your Turnkey Exhibition Stand Builder
Leisure
International
ITB Berlin is one of the world's leading travel and tourism trade shows. Next edition: March 16 to 18, 2027, at Messe Berlin (Berlin Exhibition Grounds).
ITB Berlin: the global tourism platform
Created in 1966 and organized by Messe Berlin, ITB brings together destinations, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and digital travel players. The show is organized by destination and segment (adventure tourism, business travel, luxury tourism, medical tourism, travel technology), with the ITB Berlin Convention as its conference program. The Maldives is the host country for 2027.
The three days alternate between professional meetings and destination showcases.
Messe Berlin: a venue in the heart of the city
Located in Charlottenburg, the exhibition grounds are served by the subway and S-Bahn, just minutes from the center. The halls are divided by geographic zone, which requires a stand that is highly visible right from the aisle.
Since Berlin is in the European Union, road transport from our workshops is simple. Messe Berlin's assembly regulations (loads, heights, service providers) need to be anticipated in advance.
Tourism and destination stands: how we work
A destination stand must inspire travel while efficiently managing business meetings. We focus on immersion (materials, images, atmospheres), regional identity, and comfortable meeting spaces for professionals. Visit our page on local authority stands and our custom-made stands.

Tips for exhibiting at ITB Berlin
Identify your target markets: the location zone of the stand must correspond to the targeted buyers.
Tell the destination's story: visuals, local materials, and sensory atmospheres enhance recall.
Plan your meetings: ensure there are enough meeting lounges available.
Think about reuse: a modular stand can be adapted for other tourism shows.
