Stages, podiums, totems, backdrops, and furniture all come out of our 6,000 m² production facility, then head back to storage ready for the next stop on your roadshow: modular by design, rebuilt, and reconfigured. For hybrid or digital formats, we build sets designed as much for the camera as for the live audience—framing, backdrops, lighting, and sound. A successful event is measured by how many people are still around after the final speech.

What is the difference between Expace and an event agency?
The workshop. An event agency designs and coordinates; we design, coordinate, and manufacture. Stages, podiums, totems, sets, backdrops, and furniture for your events come straight out of our 6,000 m² production facility, then return to storage for the next stop of the roadshow. You have a single point of contact across the entire chain, along with set elements that you own and can reuse.
Do you organize international events?
Yes, from our offices in Lyon, Paris, Hong Kong, and Montreal. The sets are designed and manufactured in France, sized for transport, and then shipped and assembled on site with our teams and local partners. We handle customs documentation, local electrical standards, and site-mandated service providers.
