ARQUUS DAY

An all-terrain event during a health crisis
Road Show
France
To the impossible, no one is bound; this adage does not apply to our client ARQUUS who wanted to gather its clients and partners under optimal health safety conditions. After virtual shows, digital exchanges, nothing beats a real-life demonstration session!
It is at the test tracks of the Satory Camp in Versailles that Expace designed the event and installed the equipment and logistics for this first ARQUUS DAY.

Comfort & safety for all!
While the format of this type of event – VIP evening for 100 people on September 16 and daytime for 400 guests on September 17 – usually does not pose any real problems, it is different during a public health crisis. In order for everyone to attend the event safely and fully enjoy it, the Expace team has designed its reception arrangements based on the needs (plenary conference, cocktail, outdoor demo spaces…) and the flow of guests.
Marked and delineated pathways, direction of movement, reminders of safety instructions, gel dispensers, dedicated personnel for regular disinfection of the reception areas, demo vehicles, and the presence of civil security (special Covid tent) were key points for a successful event!
Two days of setup and not a minute more were necessary to prepare this event: reception areas of the project and management on the event days of parking, cloakroom reception, and marking of the route for trucks and pedestrians… only the weather was not managed by Expace. But as the impossible is not binding, it was kind to us.
