Animal health in front of those who practice it
Boehringer Ingelheim is one of the world's leading animal health laboratories, and one of the few independent pharmaceutical companies, still owned by its founding family since 1885. Vaccines, antiparasitics, cardiological or dermatological treatments: its teams work alongside veterinary practitioners, who prescribe and administer its solutions every day.
For the ECVIM-CA 2026, the laboratory entrusted us with its booth at the Estrel Congress Center in Berlin. From September 10 to 12, the 36th edition of the European Congress of Veterinary Internal Medicine of Companion Animals brought together specialists in the discipline: cardiology, nephrology, oncology, gastroenterology, feline medicine. In 2025, the congress welcomed around 1,600 participants on site, coming from 49 countries.
We managed the project from start to finish: concept, technical plans, manufacturing in our workshops in Paris and Lyon, transport to Germany, assembly on site and then dismantling. A single point of contact for the brand, whose teams were able to focus on their scientific appointments.

ECVIM is not a consumer trade show. The visitor is a qualified specialist or a resident in training, often skeptical of marketing discourse. A booth is judged on its ability to speak science, not to seduce.
A laboratory booth, not a storefront
The space had to allow for technical discussion, the presentation of clinical data, and meetings with the brand's veterinarians, in a format conducive to exchange. For a pharmaceutical laboratory, there is an added constraint that other sectors do not face: every message displayed is regulated by the promotion of veterinary medicines, and the scenography must comply word for word.
An international project
Designing in France, manufacturing in our workshops, delivering and assembling in Germany: logistics is an integral part of the project. Our teams follow the booth right onto the site and coordinate with the congress organizer.
