a Parisian café in the heart of Lille, to make a date in Paris in 2027.
From September 30 to October 2, 2026, the Lille Grand Palais hosted the 122nd Congress of Notaries of France, dedicated to the theme "The Notary and Tax". This annual event brings together thousands of notaries, collaborators, and partners of the profession. It is also the moment when the Notaries of France announce the following edition: the 123rd Congress of Notaries of France, which will be held in Paris from September 29 to October 1, 2027, on the theme "Public Property & Local Authorities".
To convey this message, a booth was needed that would transport the congress attendees to the capital ahead of time. We imagined a "Café de Paris": a terrace on grass, a public bench, a Morris column, and a bistro counter where you can sit down for a coffee, a chat, or an appointment.
Much more than just an information space, this booth was designed as a place of life and events at the heart of the congress. People stop by, exchange ideas, and leave with only one date in mind: Paris 2027.
The scenography adopts the codes of the Parisian street: a square-style grass floor, a green public bench, potted boxwoods and a Morris column carrying the poster for the 2027 theme, "Public Property & Communities".
At the back, the Café de Paris welcomes delegates around a marble counter and bistro tables with woven rattan chairs. The layout of the bar combines a black-slat ceiling, woodwork and ball pendants for a warm and intimate atmosphere.
Above the stand, a large hanging banner shows the tricolor Marianne of the Parisian edition: it can be seen from afar in the aisles of the Lille Grand Palais. The large luminous visual presents the team of the 123rd Congress in front of the Eiffel Tower and invites delegates to meet.
