Sirha Bake & Snack, the new name of Sirha Europain, will not have an edition in 2027. The show is biennial and is held in even-numbered years: the next edition will take place from January 16 to 19, 2028, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 1. In 2026, the event brought together 534 exhibitors and brands for 32,000 to 35,500 professional visitors, centered around the French Bakery and the Bakery World Cup.

Bakery, pastry, snacking: the entire bakehouse sector meets there, from raw materials to equipment. Visitors do not come to read a brochure, they come to taste, touch dough, compare a mixer and an oven in operation. The stand must therefore produce, serve, and absorb the crowd without overflowing into the aisles.

This is an exercise in flow before being an exercise in decor.
