Paris Coffee Show is the professional trade show for specialty coffee in Paris. The 2026 edition was held from September 12 to 14 at the Parc Floral de Paris; the next one is expected in September 2027 (dates to be confirmed).

Paris Coffee Show: the high-quality coffee industry reunited

The trade show brings together roasters, producers, machine manufacturers, distributors, and players in alternative beverages, specialty tea, and bean-to-bar. It features five championships, including the French Roasting Championship and the Best Espresso, and six entertainment areas.

Organized by Collectif Café, it welcomed nearly 5,000 visitors in 2025 (+42% compared to 2024). In 2026, the organizer announced 3,500 m² of exhibition space, more than 500 roasters and industry players, and approximately 6,000 expected visitors.

The Parc Floral: a green setting in eastern Paris

The Parc Floral is located in the Bois de Vincennes, in the 12th arrondissement, accessible by metro and bus. Exhibition space is limited: compact, well-designed booths have the advantage over large areas.
