SIGEP World returns to the Rimini Expo Centre from January 23 to 27, 2027, for its 48th edition organized by the Italian Exhibition Group. The trade show covers six sectors: gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery, and pizza. The 2025 edition brought together over 1,400 exhibiting brands and nearly 198,000 attendees, with professionals coming from 160 countries. These dates are from a third-party source and remain to be reconfirmed with the organizer.

In Rimini, nothing sells without a demonstration. The stand must include a refrigerated display case, a compliant workstation, a cold storage area, and a tasting counter capable of handling peak visitor traffic. Flow matters as much as the decor: a visitor who tastes stays, a blocked visitor moves on. In crowded halls, high-level signage remains the only truly visible landmark.
