Horecava will be held from January 11 to 14, 2027 at the RAI Amsterdam, for an anniversary edition: the trade show is celebrating its 70th anniversary, having been created in 1957. Organized by RAI Amsterdam, it expects around 60,000 Dutch foodservice and hospitality professionals. Every year, it is the first major hospitality event on the European calendar.

January in Amsterdam is a back-to-work trade show: operators come here to decide on their listings for the entire year. The stand must therefore make an impact quickly — clear proposition, generous sampling, smooth contact-making right from the aisle. The RAI applies its own installation and connection rules; integrating them from the design phase avoids last-minute extra costs and adjustments the day before the opening.

Many of our agrifood clients exhibit outside France several times a year.
