Gulfood

Gulfood 2027 will take place from March 15 to 19, 2027 in Dubai, spread across two venues: the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre. Organized by DWTC, the event announces over 8,500 exhibitors, twelve product sectors, and 195 countries represented. It is the gateway to the Gulf, East Africa, and the Indian subcontinent for food industry professionals.

The format is demanding: five days, buyers running from one appointment to the next, and head-to-head competition with national pavilions. A successful stand combines a facade that is clearly visible from a distance, a structured product display line, a closed negotiation space, and a tasting area compliant with the venue's health regulations. Local constraints — halal certification, customs formalities, Emirati assembly standards — must be handled prior to departure, never on site.
