CPHI Worldwide is coming to Frankfurt from November 9 to 11, 2027, at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition center. The traveling event from Informa Markets gathered 62,000 participants and over 2,900 exhibitors from 166 countries during its 2025 edition. Active ingredients, excipients, CDMO subcontracting, machinery, and packaging: the entire drug supply chain meets in the same exhibition center, along with buyers from pharmaceutical laboratories and generic drug manufacturers.

CPHI changes cities every year. A booth designed for a single edition is expensive; a modular booth can be reassembled in Milan, Frankfurt, or Barcelona by simply changing the graphics and the partition layout. The rest comes down to meetings: negotiating a supply contract requires closed, soundproof spaces, in sufficient numbers to cover three full days.
