CIMT 2027: the Chinese showcase for machine tools
The exhibition covers the entire machining sector: machining centers, lathes, grinding, electrical discharge machining, forming, cutting tools, CNCs, metrology, and automation. Buyers from the automotive, aerospace, energy, and mold manufacturing sectors come to compare performances before investing. The 2025 edition gathered more than 2,400 exhibitors. The Shunyi venue, located in northeastern Beijing near the international airport, accommodates machines weighing several tons in its single-level halls. Plan ahead for handling, floor loads, electrical supply, and compressed air. Technical files must be approved in advance, and customs clearance planned several weeks beforehand.
