Busworld Europe 2027 is announced from October 16 to 21, 2027 at Brussels Expo, on the Heysel plateau: a date still to be reconfirmed with the organizer. This biennial trade show broke its records in 2025 with 559 exhibitors from 40 countries, 45,427 visitors from 101 countries and 82,000 m² occupied. The aisles welcomed 209 vehicles indoors and 29 outdoors.
The sector launches its new products there: battery-powered city buses, long-distance coaches, hydrogen buses, charging systems, seats, ticketing, retrofitting. The audience mixes network operators, organizing authorities, rental companies and distributors, with a dense congress running in parallel. The scenographic challenge is simple to name but difficult to achieve: to fit a 12 to 18-meter vehicle without crowding the reception area, and to maintain a clear brand reading from the hall entrance.
EXPACE practices this expertise trade show after trade show for passenger transport players: an eco-tech stand made of sustainable materials in Hamburg, a hydrogen bus combined with a VR Experience zone and a 2,000 m² village with 300 m² of reception areas on the mezzanine. Our teams manage border crossings, Belgian operating standards and on-site assembly.
