EVS40 (Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition) is one of the world's major events for electric mobility. The 40th edition, coupled with EVTeC2027, is being held from June 13 to 16, 2027, at Pacifico Yokohama, Japan.

EVS40: Electric Mobility through Multiple Pathways

The symposium combines plenary sessions, technical lectures, leadership panel discussions, and an exhibition. The 2027 theme is "Towards a Diverse E-Mobility World through Multiple Pathways". It is organized by the Japan Automobile Research Institute (JARI) and the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE).

Major Japanese manufacturers, including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda, are among the event's supporters. Attendance figures for the 2027 edition have not yet been published.
