From September 30 to October 2, 2026, the Lille Grand Palais hosted the 122nd Congress of Notaries of France, the major annual event for the profession. Among the exhibitors, Lamy Liaisons, a legal publisher of the Karnov group, came to present LamyLia, "the legal AI that sets precedents," designed specifically for notaries.
The objective was clear: to make congress attendees want to stop, sit down, and try the tool. We therefore designed an open and bright booth, entirely built around the demonstration. The brand's yellow color catches the eye from the aisles, and the test stations invite visitors to move from curiosity to hands-on experience.
A space that is both professional and warm, where innovation is discovered much like sharing a glass of lemonade.
The scenography plays on the contrast between tradition and modernity. An antique statue, leaning over a laptop, reminds us that LamyLia puts artificial intelligence at the service of ancient legal knowledge. On the yellow walls, the commitments of the solution are clearly displayed: reliable and expert, practical and high-performing, innovative and secure.
In the center, two demonstration stands equipped with screens and high white stools welcome notaries for live tests. A large screen and a QR code "Come and test LamyLia!" extend the invitation. The light parquet floor and a luminous strip "Lamy Liaisons Karnov Group" structure the entire space.
At the front, a wooden reception desk presents the four pillars of Lamy Liaisons: Academy, Community, Foresight, and Solutions. A trestle table, a lemonade fountain, and a garland of olive branches and lemons bring a friendly touch. The layout thus becomes a true place of exchange.
