An espresso is 90% water.
A specialty coffee is about terroir, roasting, a barista… and water. More than 90% of the content of a cup. This is where BWT comes in: the Austrian group designs filtration solutions that protect machines from limescale and reveal the aromas of the coffee. An invisible expertise in the cup, but decisive for those who prepare it, from roasters like Café Richard to machine manufacturers like Jura and De'Longhi, and syrup houses like Monin.
For the Paris Coffee Show 2026, the brand entrusted us with its stand at the Parc Floral de Paris. From September 12 to 14, the seventh edition of the French coffee industry event brought together roasters, baristas, producers, importers, and equipment manufacturers, over 3,500 m² and more than a hundred exhibitors. Over 5,000 visitors are expected each year, including 80% professionals, around the theme of this edition: "Drinking a great coffee like a great wine".
A world we know well: we designed the Brûlerie des Gobelins kiosk at Gare de Lyon for Cafés Richard. From the point of sale to the trade show stand, coffee has us working on spaces where everything is decided in just a few seconds.
We managed the project from end to end: concept, technical plans, manufacturing in our Paris and Lyon workshops, on-site assembly, and then dismantling.

To go further

The Paris Coffee Show is an insiders' trade fair. The aisles are packed, the booths are close together, and visitors go from a tasting to a technical demonstration in just a few meters. Standing out there is less about the size of the booth than the clarity of the message.
Making the invisible visible
It's difficult to exhibit filtered water. The entire challenge of the booth was to make an invisible technology tangible, by linking it to the barista's technique and the result in the cup.
A space designed for demonstration
Operating machines, tastings, technical discussions: the layout had to leave room for movement and fluids, with water inlets and electricity integrated right from the design stage.
A single team, from sketch to dismantling
Design, manufacturing in our workshops, assembly and dismantling. The booth was ready when the doors opened.
