The Association of Notaries presents a warm and immersive booth at the 2025 Congress of Notaries
On the occasion of the 2025 Notaries Congress, the Association of Notaries entrusted Expace with the creation of a bespoke stand with a strong identity, designed to foster exchanges with professionals in the sector. This space highlights the mission of the notarial profession while offering a welcoming setting, consistent with the spirit of proximity that characterizes the institution.
A major event on the calendar of legal trade shows, the Notaries Congress is an opportunity for the Association to share its commitments, support notary offices, and promote its actions to the public and partners. Thanks to a meticulous design and a mastered event approach, Expace has designed a stand that fully reflects the values of the profession.
The stand designed by Expace is inspired by the iconic squares and facades of the local heritage, revealed through a decor of bricks, arches, and luminous visuals. The space is organized around a graphic black structure reminiscent of a contemporary pergola, which provides rhythm and creates several meeting areas.
The high tables and metal stools make up a simple and authentic furniture selection, evoking the atmosphere of an urban café. The botanical touches, present on both the walls and the floor, bring warmth and freshness to the overall setting. A decorative fireplace and a slate blackboard complete this convivial atmosphere, designed to encourage informal discussion.
The flow is seamless, the scenography clear, and the general impression immersive: the stand succeeds in recreating a lively and welcoming environment, while highlighting the identity of the 122nd Congress of Notaries.
