There is no 2027 edition of the World Defense Show. The Saudi exhibition is held every two years, in even-numbered years: after February 2022, February 2024, and January 2026, the next edition will take place from January 16 to 20, 2028, in Riyadh. The 2026 edition brought together 1,486 exhibitors from 89 countries and 137,000 visitors on an 800,000 m² site, featuring 61 of the world's top 100 defense groups.
Created by the General Authority for Military Industries, the show serves the Vision 2030 strategy and the goal of 50% military industrial localization. Exhibitors come less to sell off-the-shelf products than to form joint ventures and local production agreements. This changes the layout: fewer product displays, and more negotiation lounges and signing areas.
Eighteen months in advance is not too much for a site of this size. EXPACE structures the concept, the 3D model, and the budget very early on, then handles manufacturing and shipping. Our large-scale references speak for themselves: the 1,000 m² Arquus stand, the KNDS Mobility stand with its SCATA MK1 armored vehicle, and the EDEN Cluster collective pavilion.
