Watch out for the change of address: Vitafoods Europe has moved from Geneva to Barcelona. The 2027 edition will be held from May 18 to 20 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Organized by Informa Markets, the exhibition announces more than 1,600 exhibitors, 30,000 visitors, and 135 countries represented. Functional ingredients, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, finished products, and contract manufacturing are brought together here.
The audience is technical and demanding: formulators, regulatory managers, brand buyers, and pharmacy buyers. Discussions focus on health claims, active ingredient traceability, and clinical files. An effective stand here knows how to showcase science without oversimplifying it, with meeting areas quiet enough to open a technical file together.
