The 2027 program for the Salon de la Copropriété et de l'Habitat (Co-ownership and Housing Exhibition) will be announced in the coming months. This event is usually held in early November at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in halls 5.2 and 5.3, over two days, including one evening. The last edition brought together 8,971 participants, co-owners and property management professionals.

Syndics, trade union councils, managers and service providers meet here around eight areas: works and renovation, energy, water and waste, security, mobility infrastructure, digital and artificial intelligence, and financing. The leased spaces are compact. The challenge consists of three steps: attracting a visitor in a hurry, qualifying them quickly, and leaving with actionable contacts.

On these small formats, every centimeter counts: a well-placed reception desk, a message readable from three meters away, and an integrated storage area. We designed the 20 m² portable stand for Banque Populaire using recyclable materials, the BTP Consultant stand and its graphic wall, as well as the Distech Controls stand dedicated to smart buildings.
