The 2027 FFER Conference has not yet published its dates. The French Federation for the Study of Reproduction organizes its congress every year at the end of September in a different city: Strasbourg in 2025, Le Corum in Montpellier from September 23 to 25, 2026. The 2025 edition brought together 717 participants, twelve specialties, and 30 exhibitors — a tight format where every booth location counts.

Reproductive biology, ART, fertility preservation, genetics, and ethics: the audience combines gynecologists, biologists, embryologists, and laboratory technicians. Exhibitors present culture media, incubators, time-lapse imaging systems, and traceability software. In an exhibition of this size, a stand is judged by the quality of the conversation initiated, not by the volume of foot traffic.

EXPACE designs these spaces where equipment must remain accessible and well-lit: Metrohm at Forum Labo, designed for technical demonstration, the backlit islands of bioMérieux at RICAI, and the Cousin Surgery stand at EHS 2026. Since the congress changes cities every year, we favor a modular structure, stored between editions and reassembled by our own teams.
