GENERA is the international energy and environment trade fair of IFEMA Madrid. Next edition: November 24 to 26, 2026, alongside MATELEC, as part of the International Electrification and Decarbonisation Week.
GENERA: renewable energies, efficiency and electrification
The exhibition covers renewable energies, energy efficiency and electrification. Together with MATELEC, it presents an offer ranging from electrical equipment to energy management solutions.
Organised by IFEMA Madrid with the support of IDAE, an institute of the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition, GENERA expects more than 59,000 professional visitors, over 800 exhibitors and more than 120 conferences across 34,000 m².
IFEMA Madrid: a large exhibition centre in Barajas
IFEMA Madrid is located in the Barajas district, near the airport. The venue has numerous halls: good signage and a well-chosen location are essential.
As Spain is in the European Union, transport from France is by road with no customs. IFEMA's regulations govern delivery and set-up time slots.
Energy stands: how we work
