European Rotors 2026 Booth in Lyon: Your Turnkey Exhibition Stand Builder
Mobility
France
Every year, European Rotors brings together the entire European vertical flight community: helicopter manufacturers, equipment suppliers, operators, and civil aviation authorities. The 2026 edition will be held from November 30 to December 3 at Eurexpo Lyon — marking the first time the show sets down its rotor blades in France. A booth at European Rotors puts you directly in front of decision-makers in an industry undergoing major technological transformation.
European Rotors: Helicopters, VTOL, and Aviation Safety
The show covers civil and parapublic helicopters, vertical take-off aircraft, drones and advanced air mobility, avionics, maintenance, pilot training, and operational services. It is organized by the European Helicopter Association (EHA) with support from EASA and Vertical Aviation International, with the French Helicopter Association hosting the Lyon edition.
Its distinctive feature: the exhibition is paired with a full-fledged conference. EASA's Rotorcraft & VTOL Safety Symposium kicks off the week on November 30, with the exhibition running from December 1 to 3. Attendees encounter leading manufacturers — Airbus, Leonardo, Bell, Robinson, Hélicoptères Guimbal —, equipment providers like Safran or Thales, maintenance workshops, flight schools, as well as heavily represented HEMS and civil protection operators.
The 2025 edition in Cologne brought together nearly 5,500 visitors, over 260 exhibitors, and 23 displayed aircraft. For Lyon, more than 250 companies from around twenty countries are expected, including a strong French delegation. A focused format, yet with a rare concentration of decision-makers.
Eurexpo Lyon: A Venue Built for Aircraft
Located in Chassieu, east of Lyon, Eurexpo offers expansive, single-level exhibition halls accessible to heavy goods vehicles — an essential requirement when displaying a helicopter on your stand. The venue is served by the T5 tramway from Lyon and is about twenty minutes from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport, making it easy for your teams and international guests to attend.
Displaying an aircraft requires meticulous preparation: lifting plans, blade removal and reinstallation, floor load calculations, fluid draining, and coordination with the organizer and safety services. In addition, setup takes place in early December, in cold halls, on a tight schedule. It is best to address these aspects well upstream of the design phase.
Aerospace & Defense Booths: Our Methodology
In the aerospace sector, a booth must accommodate two distinct functions: showcasing — machines, scale models, demonstrators, heavy loads — and hosting, often in a confidential setting. We keep the two clearly separated: an open demonstration area facing the aisle, and closed meeting spaces at the rear featuring acoustic treatment and controlled access. Engineered structures, technical documentation, English-language signage: the technical file is fully included in our service.

They Trusted Us with Their Booth
Delair, a French manufacturer of professional drones, showcased their solutions with the Delair booth at the Paris Air Show (event page: Paris Air Show). Suspended drones, backlit display cases, and an immersive screen for software demonstrations: precisely the challenges faced by drone and AAM exhibitors in Lyon.
For engineering group LGM, we designed the LGM booth at the Paris Air Show: deep blue finishes, brushed steel, demo areas, and private meeting rooms. Integrated logistics support, maintenance, and mission-critical systems — topics right at the heart of the European Rotors agenda.
Tips for Exhibiting at European Rotors
Decide early on displaying an aircraft: its presence affects the booth's dimensions, the assembly schedule, and the overall budget.
Plan for dedicated meeting rooms: operators and authorities attend for in-depth technical discussions, not just casual aisle walkthroughs.
Work in English: it is the primary working language of both the exhibition and the EASA symposium.
Plan ahead for the dates: in late November in Lyon, service providers and hotels experience very high demand.
