The dates for the 2027 edition of Espace Collectivités will be announced soon. The exhibition is held every year at the beginning of September — the 2026 edition took place on September 10 and 11 — at the outdoor exhibition site of Plessis-Pâté, in Essonne, and no longer at Le Bourget. In 2026, 150 exhibiting companies and 10,000 local elected officials and executives were expected over more than 13,000 m². As outdoor spaces sell out quickly, it is best to plan your booth project before the calendar is published.

Roads and green spaces, rolling stock, municipal equipment, urban planning, ecological transition, local public purchasing: the outdoor format favors demonstration in real conditions. An outdoor booth imposes its own rules — ground, anchoring, shading, weather — while remaining highly visible among the machinery.
