EHS (European Hernia Society) is the annual congress of the European Hernia Society. The 49th edition will be held from June 2 to 4, 2027, at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp (FMCCA) in Antwerp, under the theme "Facing Facts".
EHS: the international congress for hernia surgery
The congress brings together surgeons, researchers, and medical device manufacturers around the management of hernias and abdominal wall surgery, featuring scientific sessions, presentations of work, and an industrial exhibition.
Organized by the European Hernia Society, the event will open its registrations and call for abstracts in November 2026. Attendance figures for the 2027 edition have not yet been published.
The FMCCA in Antwerp: next to the central station
