BDEW Congress 2027 Booth in Berlin: Your Turnkey Stand Builder
ICT
International
The BDEW Kongress brings together Germany's energy and water leaders in Berlin every year. Next edition on June 23 and 24, 2027: a congress format where the booth must foster high-level meetings.
BDEW Kongress, the congress for German utilities
Supported by the BDEW association: leaders of energy companies, municipal utilities, network operators, political decision-makers, regulators. In 2026, around a hundred partners and more than 1,800 participants. Here, people come to meet decision-makers between two plenaries, not to leaf through catalogues.
STATION Berlin: a congress venue with industrial character
Former postal station in Kreuzberg, with brick walls and metal beams, just a few minutes from the government district. Compact booth areas, short setup times. We favor self-supporting, elegant booths with a real space for discussion.
Energy booth for congresses: what we do
Strong brand signal, customer case study screen, seating for fifteen-minute conversations, discreet storage. Designed and manufactured in France. Discover our approach to energy and green tech booths and our custom-made booths.
Energy and water: they trusted us
ENGIE: ENGIE booth at the USH 2025 Congress (USH Congress sheet), a professional congress with booths and decision-makers. Diehl Metering: Diehl Metering booth at Carrefour de l'Eau 2026 (Carrefour de l'Eau), water network managers.
Tips for exhibiting at the BDEW Kongress
Negotiate your partner package early: locations close to the plenaries are highly sought after.
Think meetings rather than foot traffic: seating and pre-scheduled agenda.
Adapt your message to the German context: regulation, municipal utilities, sector-specific vocabulary.
Opt for a lightweight and reusable booth for E-world energy & water.
