You can have more than 33 years of experience and still stay young! At Expace, we prefer to move forward. This autumn, two work-study students are joining our teams. This is our way of staying in step with our times, and preparing for what lies ahead.

A COMPANY OF ITS TIME, BREAKING THE RULES

Essentially, our job is to create places where a brand meets people. Spaces that tell a story, spark an emotion, and leave an impression. However, the way brands tell their stories and how the public experiences a space is constantly evolving. What worked yesterday doesn't necessarily work today.

To keep up with the trend, and if possible get ahead of it, we need a fresh perspective. Curiosity. People who don't yet know that "it's not done that way".

We welcome Artur and Maxime. At Expace, a work-study student is a full member of the team. They work on real projects and for real clients. We expect them to have an opinion, and we listen to them. They have the right to ask awkward questions, and indeed the duty to do so. These are often the questions that drive a project forward.

THE PLEASURE OF PASSING KNOWLEDGE ON TO TOMORROW'S GENERATIONS

Designing a space, drawing it, making it, and then bringing it to life: this is learned partly at school, but above all on the job, in contact with those who do it every day. Our teams have acquired this expertise over time. Passing it on means giving it a future. And let's be honest, it is also a real pleasure: seeing someone progress, gain confidence, and end up teaching us something.

It is also a question of responsibility & CSR. Welcoming work-study students is part of our commitments, in the same spirit as our adherence to the United Nations Global Compact, our EcoVadis approach, and our involvement alongside UNIMEV and LEADS. Training today ensures that tomorrow there will still be passionate experience creators and space architects.
