UMOP stands for the Universities of the Municipalities of the West of Paris, a gathering for local authorities of Yvelines and Hauts-de-Seine. The 23rd edition takes place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Les Pyramides, in Port-Marly.

UMOP: conferences and solutions for local authorities

Organized by the B.E.C agency, UMOP brings together elected officials, directors, and staff from the municipalities of western Paris, as well as the companies that offer them solutions. The event announces around 1,800 participants, 85 speakers, 100 exhibitors, and 20 conferences.
