Techtextil will not return in 2027. The international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens is held in Frankfurt in even-numbered years: the next edition is scheduled for April 4 to 7, 2028, at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds, concurrently with Texprocess. The 2026 edition brought together 1,700 exhibitors from 112 countries and 36,000 visitors.

Twelve areas of application are represented, from Mobiltech to Buildtech, including Protech, Medtech, and Sporttech. The exhibition challenge remains the same: a technical textile is judged by hand, by its cut, and by its behavior under stress. Stands that convert offer free samples, structural cuts, a visible test bench, and signage that names the performance—resistance, weight, fire rating—before the commercial reference.

Preparing for April 2028 means making a decision in late 2026, when preferential rates open.
