Smart Building Expo is the smart building exhibition organized in Milan, at the heart of MIBA. Next edition: November 17 to 19, 2027, at Fiera Milano.

Smart Building Expo: the technological heart of MIBA

Organized by Pentastudio, the exhibition covers digitalization, energy efficiency, electrification, and building automation, alongside the other exhibitions of MIBA (Milan International Building Alliance). The 2025 edition announced 85,000 trade visitors, 1,369 companies, and 112 countries, with over 100 conferences.

Fiera Milano: a very large venue

The event is held at Fiera Milano, an exhibition center that requires significant navigation planning: the stand must be visible from afar in vast halls. Italy belongs to the European Union, with no customs formalities; however, road transport from our workshops must be aligned with the organizer's delivery slots.

Connected building stand: our approach

We design stands that explain a system: demonstration modules, monitoring screens, thematic areas by usage, and private meeting spaces for specifiers and distributors. See our energy and NICT stand page and our custom-made stands.

Our credentials in energy and construction

• Engie: Engie stand at the Hlm Congress (USH) (sheet H'Expo - Social Housing Union Congress). A key player in energy and building performance, presenting to building owners.

• Bouygues Construction: Bouygues stand at SIBCA (sheet SIBCA - Low Carbon Real Estate Exhibition). A builder featured at an exhibition dedicated to low-carbon buildings.

Tips for exhibiting at Smart Building Expo

• Prioritize your messages: at a huge exhibition, three key ideas are better than a catalog.

• Use height: signs and totems can be seen from afar in the halls.

• Organize demonstrations: a three-step product tour makes explanation easier.

• Anticipate logistics: delivery slots and connections should be booked well before the show.
