SITM: the summit for armed forces in extreme environments

SITM offers two days of exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and high-level meetings focused on equipment, training, and international cooperation for units operating in mountains and freezing conditions. Industry players, armed forces, and public decision-makers gather here.

Organized by COGES Events, a subsidiary of GICAT, in partnership with the 27th Mountain Infantry Brigade, the summit brought together participants from 28 countries in 2025. The organizer expects more than 1,000 international decision-makers.

Alpexpo: Grenoble's exhibition center

Alpexpo is located in Grenoble, in the heart of the Alps, the homeland of the French mountain troops. The venue is one of the major exhibition centers in the region.

The show is held in France: our workshops and our Lyon office are nearby, simplifying transport, setup, and last-minute interventions. An exhibition in February requires taking winter weather conditions into account for shipping.
