Sirha Lyon 2027 will be held from January 21 to 25 at Eurexpo Lyon, in Chassieu. The world's leading food service and hospitality exhibition announces more than 2,300 exhibitors, 4,700 brands, and 800 new products, with over 257,000 professionals expected to attend. The Bocuse d'Or and the Pastry World Cup will be competed for there in front of the cameras.
