The low-carbon real estate show at the Grand Palais
Real estate
France
The dates for SIBCA 2027 have not yet been published; the organizer will communicate them soon. The exhibition is traditionally held in early September under the nave of the Grand Palais, in Paris: the 2026 edition announced 200 exhibitors, 12,725 participants, and more than 130 debates and conferences. Spaces under the glass roof are limited, so it is best to position yourself early.
Developers, real estate companies, consulting firms, bio-based material manufacturers, and local authorities come to discuss life cycle assessment, the BBCA label, reuse, and the decarbonization of the existing building stock. The message is demonstrated more than it is displayed: samples, quantified carbon footprint, and delivered projects. The stand itself is seen as proof.
Our teams work on eco-design daily: reusable structures, certified wood, and minimal printing. For reference, take a look at the Ducerf stand in French hardwoods, [the Bouygues and Linkcity stand from MIPIM and its landscaped terrace, or the EM2C stand at SIMI. Each project undergoes a validated 3D design phase before workshop fabrication.
