The 2027 dates for Seafood Expo Asia have not yet been published by Diversified Communications. The show is traditionally held in early September at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore, with the 2026 edition scheduled from September 2 to 4. In 2025, it brought together over 4,190 qualified professionals from 75 countries, 76% of whom had purchasing decision-making power. A compact format, therefore, but highly valuable: the average declared basket per buyer reached $210,000.
Asia accounts for 72% of global seafood consumption. In this market, French exhibitors play the card of origin, certification, and cold chain mastery. The stand must prove this quickly within an often limited space: high signage to stand out, a tasting counter, and one or two seated meeting spots.
