The traveling congress and exhibition for occupational prevention
Santé
France
Preventica does not take place in a single city: the congress-exhibition is itinerant, holding two French editions per year, one in the spring, the other in the autumn, complemented by an edition in Casablanca. The 2027 cities have not yet been announced. In 2026, the tour will stop in Rennes from June 16 to 18, and then at Lyon Eurexpo from October 6 to 8, with 550 exhibitors, 180 conferences and workshops, 750 experts, and 15,000 participants expected.
The audience brings together safety officers, QSE managers, HR directors, occupational physicians, technical services, and local authorities. Mental health, artificial intelligence at work, climate adaptation, and women's health structure the programs. A booth here must demonstrate rather than just display: protective equipment to try on, a reconstructed workstation, detection equipment in operation, and a seating area for a twenty-minute meeting.
The itinerant nature argues for a reusable modular booth, transported from one city to another without rebuilding. EXPACE designs this type of setup: see the mobile and transposable Merck booth, reassembled for fifteen to twenty events a year. On the safety and protection theme, see the KERMEL booth at Milipol and the SARP Veolia booth at UMOP.
