ISM takes place from January 31 to February 3, 2027 at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in Cologne-Deutz. As the world's leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks, it is scaling up: Koelnmesse now groups ISM Snacks & Sweets, ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing under a single brand, representing the entire value chain on one badge. The 2023 edition already occupied more than 100,000 m² of halls, with around 1,500 international manufacturers.
Buyers from retail, specialized trade and import-export move quickly through the aisles. Chocolate, biscuits, confectionery, savory snacks, private labels: your offer must be visible from the aisle. You need a structured product line, a tasting point that does not block the flow, and available negotiation tables for four full days.
EXPACE designs, manufactures in its workshop in France, and then transports your stand to the Cologne halls, complying with the specific assembly and safety rules of Koelnmesse. We designed the Cémoi stand and its cocoa visuals, the Valrhona stand for the Bake & Snack show and the WEISS stand with the lilac arch. Our support for trade shows abroad covers transport, customs and on-site assembly.
