in-cosmetics Global changes city every year: after Paris in 2026, the 2027 edition will be held from April 6 to 8 at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via venue. Organized by RX, it is the global meeting place for cosmetics and personal care ingredients: active ingredients, surfactants, texturizers, fragrances, testing, and regulations. The 2026 Paris edition recorded 12,559 unique visitors, 67% of whom were international.

Here, we are not selling a finished product but a formula. The stand must accommodate a demonstration laboratory, sensory testing stations, meeting tables for formulators, and a clear display of ranges and their regulatory statuses. The lighting must do justice to textures as well as packaging.

EXPACE knows this show from the inside: we created the Miyoshi stand at in-cosmetics Paris and its interactive testing spaces. In Barcelona, we also built Azura Atlantics at Seafood Expo Global, and the Metrohm stand at Forum Labo illustrates how we frame a technical demonstration. Freight, Spanish customs, Fira regulations, and a dedicated assembly team: the stand construction is managed from end to end.
