IFE - International Food & Drink Event is held from 5 to 7 April 2027 at ExCeL London. Organised by Montgomery Group, this annual trade show announces over 1,500 exhibitors, more than 25,000 verified professional visitors and thirteen product sectors. It is part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, alongside seven co-located shows including IFE Manufacturing and HRC.
The UK market is worked through listing: supermarket buyers, wholesalers, catering chains. An effective stand fully plays its commercial role there — tasting table, eye-level displays, price arguments and logistical capacities available on the spot. Since Brexit, customs preparation for stand equipment has been an integral part of the planning timeline, alongside the validation of the ExCeL file.
For food SMEs as well as groups, EXPACE manages the British project from start to finish: design, budget, manufacture, transport, formalities and assembly in London.
