Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair

The 2027 dates for the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair will be announced soon by the HKTDC. The organiser traditionally schedules its show in early November, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre: the 2026 edition is set for November 5, 6, and 7. In 2025, the 17th edition gathered 620 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions, and more than 8,200 professional buyers from 57 countries. It is therefore best to book your space without waiting for the official announcement.

Hong Kong remains the trading hub that opens up mainland China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Buyers come here looking for fine wines, premium spirits, and now, baijiu. The last day is open to the general public: you need a booth that can handle both formats—private meetings in the morning, and heavy foot traffic in the afternoon.
