The dates and location of H'Expo 2027 will be announced shortly by the Union sociale pour l'habitat. Every year, the trade show runs alongside the Hlm Congress in late September: the 86th edition took place at the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux, featuring 420 exhibitors, over 25,500 visits across three days, and more than 10,000 decision-makers. Space bookings are made well in advance.

The audience is highly targeted: general managers of social housing organisations, property managers, developers, and local elected officials. Discussions focus on energy renovation, sobriety, industrialisation of construction, and quality of use. An effective stand therefore reserves space for seated meetings and short demonstrations, rather than just a showcase effect.
