Global Keto Congress — Global Symposium on Ketogenic Therapies

There will be no Global Keto Congress in 2027. The Global Symposium on Ketogenic Therapies is not an annual event: its 10th edition, announced in Cape Town for 2027, has been postponed to 2028 by the International Neurological Ketogenic Society, which is reopening the call for host city bids in autumn 2026. The 9th edition was held in Paris, at the Palais des Congrès d'Issy-les-Moulineaux, in September 2025, coupled with the 5th European GLUT-1DS Meeting.

This symposium brings together neurologists, dieticians, and researchers around ketogenic therapies applied to drug-resistant epilepsies and rare metabolic diseases. The exhibition is short, restricted, and highly targeted: medical nutrition, patient foundations, specialized laboratories. The spaces are small and discussions are lengthy. The booth must sustain a standing conversation for twenty minutes, not just display a message.
