The dates for the 2027 edition of Espace Collectivités will be announced soon. The exhibition is held every year in early September — the 2026 edition took place on September 10 and 11 — at the outdoor exhibition site of Plessis-Pâté, in Essonne, and no longer at Le Bourget. In 2026, 150 exhibiting companies and 10,000 elected officials and local authority executives were expected over more than 13,000 m². Since outdoor spaces sell out quickly, it is best to plan your stand project before the schedule is published.

Roads and green spaces, rolling stock, municipal equipment, urban planning, ecological transition, local public purchasing: the outdoor format favors demonstration in real conditions. An outdoor stand imposes its own rules — ground, anchoring, shading, weather — while remaining highly visible among the machinery.
