No edition of EquipHotel is planned for 2027. The show is biennial and returns in even-numbered years to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles: after the edition from November 2 to 5, 2026, the next one is expected in November 2028, with its dates not yet published. A benchmark for equipment and design in the hotel and catering industry, EquipHotel in 2024 occupied halls 4, 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3, representing 90,000 m², with 1,200 exhibitors and 80,000 professionals from 133 countries.

Hoteliers, restaurateurs, interior designers, and spa managers look there for atmospheres as much as product references. Hotel design, professional kitchens, wellness and spa, food service: at the Home of Hospitality show, the stand itself is a demonstration of space planning. Standard rental furniture is immediately noticeable there.
