EGAST is not being held in 2027. The Strasbourg trade show follows a biennial rhythm, on even-numbered years: after the 20th edition organized from March 15 to 18, 2026, the 21st will take place from March 19 to 22, 2028 at the Parc Expo Strasbourg. More than 500 exhibitors and brands welcome over 25,000 professional visitors there.

EGAST unites the food and hospitality trades of the Grand Est and the Rhine basin: Horeca, bakery-pastry, professional kitchen equipment, snacking, culinary competitions. The visitor base is regional, largely French-German, and highly influential in purchasing decisions. They come to see the equipment in operation and discuss price, installation, and after-sales service with a representative who knows their territory.

Two years between two editions argues in favor of an eco-designed stand that can be reassembled. We design reusable structures and removable panels where only the graphic design changes from one campaign to another: the reusable modular stand amortizes the investment over several trade shows and reduces the waste going to the skip. Inspirations: the Bridor stand and its lounge adjacent to the demonstrations, the Weiss stand and its lilac arch with illuminated displays, the Angelo Po stand dedicated to professional kitchen equipment.
