Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna

Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna returns from March 18 to 21, 2027, at the Bologna Fair District. Organized by BolognaFiere Cosmoprof, the exhibition covers the entire beauty value chain: Cosmopack for formulation, packaging, and contract manufacturing; Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics for selective distribution; and Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon for salon professionals. The 2026 edition brought together 3,104 exhibiting companies from 68 countries, 33 national pavilions, and over 255,000 operators.

In Bologna, visual competition is extreme. Exhibitors rely on the legibility of their signage, the lighting of their bottles, and their ability to have a texture tested in seconds to stand out. They also need a closed space to negotiate their private label contracts without being overheard by neighbors.

EXPACE designs and builds these structures from Lyon and Paris, with an office in Hong Kong that oversees Asian manufacturing. Our teams have designed the Miyoshi stand at in-cosmetics, the Style Korean beauty pop-up at La Samaritaine, and the museum scenography for Forge de Laguiole at Maison & Objet. Transport to Italy, customs, BolognaFiere technical regulations, and on-site assembly: we handle the entire project.
