In France, the "dentists' congress" refers to the ADF congress, organized by the French Dental Association at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Porte Maillot. The 2027 dates are not yet published: the event traditionally takes place during the last week of November, from Tuesday to Saturday. In 2026, it will run from November 24 to 28, featuring an international exhibition of around 300 exhibitors across 12,830 m² spread over four levels.

The constraints are well known to regular exhibitors: multiple levels, limited ceiling heights, and tight setup slots. A booth must be designed specifically for this building, not adapted after the fact. Visibility from the aisles, flow management during breaks, and practitioner demonstration stations make all the difference over the five days.
